Creative Policy

Project Kickoff

To keep the schedule running smoothly, please submit the one-time retainer fee within the first two weeks of the month. Work will begin once the retainer is received, this allows time to plan and coordinate alongside other client projects.

Deliverables will correspond to the following month — for example, if the retainer is submitted in April, you’ll receive creatives for May. (See “Delivery Timeline” for more details.)

Delivery Timeline

My goal is to deliver your creatives ahead of schedule. As noted earlier, for example, May creatives will be produced during April. Please allow up to the first two weeks of the month for delivery. This timeline helps ensure proper planning across client projects and allows ample time for revisions and finalization by the end of the month. Earlier turnaround may be possible depending on availability and overall project flow.

Creative Scope & Guidelines

To keep the process efficient and allow for revisions, I kindly ask that you share content or creative direction in advance — ideally by the 1st of the month for all clients. For new clients, it’s helpful to submit the upcoming month's scope shortly after the deposit is received.

Please include all copy and direction in a single, easy-to-access document. This document should clearly outline the full scope for each email scheduled for the month. Keeping everything in one place helps streamline the design process and ensures accuracy across all deliverables.

As mentioned, the scope should be finalized by the recurring delivery date. If any updates are needed, please make those revisions within the first few days following and notify me directly so I can stay aligned.

Please note: major last-minute changes can disrupt the workflow. Finalizing your creative direction by the 1st helps keep everything on track and ensures your project stays on schedule.

Revisions

Each email includes up to two rounds of revisions. Please review drafts carefully and provide consolidated feedback when possible. Additional revisions beyond the included two may incur extra fees. Your attention to detail helps me keep the process smooth and efficient.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered due to the type of service, but if you're ever unhappy with the work, I’m always open to a conversation to find a solution that works for both of us.

Package Expectation

The packages being offered are purely creative. Final assets will be delivered in an optimized, plug-and-play format for easy use. Setup and implementation are not included, due to each client using a different email platform.

Payment Schedule

To maintain consistent delivery timelines, monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month.
